Munroe lines up Newport contest

Rendall Munroe Munroe has quit his job as a binman to focus on a second world title shot Rendall Munroe's next fight has once again been switched and will now take place in South Wales at Newport on 26 November, reports BBC Radio Leicester.

The Leicester super-bantamweight was set to fight an unnamed opponent in Oldham on 12 November.

But Munroe will now defend his WBA international super-bantamweight title against Venezuelan Nehomar Cermemo.

He hopes to earn a second world-title shot after losing his first attempt against Toshiaki Nishioka in 2010.
